A concierge is a professional helper. A concierge will locate those "hard to find" tickets for you, arrange dinner reservations, hotel reservations, and run your errands. They can walk your pet while you are at work, pick up your dry cleaning, groceries and do your banking.

Lifestyle Management is a program that help to maintain your lifestyle, manage your time and creating balance that you want. A lifestyle manager suggest ways to improve your lifestyle, manage your task, suggest and research your next travel destination,  and other things that will simplify your life and give you more time.

How do I become a member?

You can become a member by filling out the application form on our website, or contact us directly by phone +9714 4504230 or email  membership@famelifestyleme.com. Once you fill out the form, one of our lifestyle advisors will contact you to discuss your application.

How much is it and what payment methods do you accept?

What does the membership fee cover?

The membership fees gives you 1 year access  to our lifestyle managers, time and  resources. In addition we may charge hourly fees for any service we carry out for you, this will be invoice to your account on a monthly basis

Our services covers any aspect of your life, from business to personal

How do I ask you to do something for me, and how long will I have to wait for a response?

You can contact us by email at info@famelifestyleme.com  or by calling +97150 2737542 and we are available for you 24/7/365. When you contact us, a response time will be agreed with you depending on the nature of your request.

What happens if you need to make purchases on my behalf?

We can make purchases on your behalf and any purchases requested will be charged additionally (e.g. booking a holiday, purchasing a gift, etc).

Can I use the service abroad?

Yes, you can use our service any corner around the globe.  We have a team and affliates concierges in most countries who can speak more than 20 different languages. We can help your trip go smoothly and host you while you are abroad, from tickets booking, hotel reservation, ground transportation, exclusive tours, to making all the personal arrangement for you at your destination.

Are there any jobs you won’t do?

We deal with any requests as long as they are legal and ethical.

Can my partner or family use the service?

Yes, they can use the service on your behalf

Can I use it for my business?

Yes, you can use our service for any aspect of your business

If you make a purchase on my behalf, will it cost me more than buying it myself?

No. It is our policy that our members pay the same price, or less, for goods or services purchased through Fame. We never take any commission from our members. Suppliers in some categories sometimes do pay us commission, typically where the industry is set up this way. However they undertake to always charge members the market rate, and often below, for purchases or work completed.
