Task:
To deliver gifts for 400 winners and a Nissan Altima for the grand prize winner
Client task:
Our client launched a 40 days massive sweepstakes for Bambi diaper, There were 10 winners daily to receive a mother care products by Tefal brand and a weekly grand prize of brand new Nissan altima. Fame was hired to manage the process of the gifts delivery to 400 winners, reports and logistics.
Our Solution:
Fame task was to give out all the gifts to the 400 winners for the 2 months campaign, and helping out the client to coordinate the entire promotion. There was 10 winners on a daily basis, once the client email us the list of the winners for the day, we give them a call to inform them they have won a gift from Bambi and arranged a time for them to pick up the gift from our office.
We also handle all the logistics of the giveaway products from our client warehouse to Fame storage facility, and we provide full report of all the winners that received their gift on daily basis. We also deliver a brand new Nissan Altima to the grand prize winner in sharjah.
A quite challenging task, we estimate giving out all the gifts by 1 week after the campaign but it runs to 1 month after, due to unavailability of some winners, Fame offer free follow up service for the winners that were out of town or too busy to come and collect their gifts, we also arranged gifts to be delivered to winners from Abudhabi, Al ain, Fujairah and Ras al Kaimah
